  Location very nice near to hay street mall and murray street mall, the outside of this hotel is amazing. The staff are really attentive and friendly, good water pressure and hot water.

  Great value and at a central location, good heritage hotel. Reasonable price and computers available at lobby. Staff were attentive and polite, the receptionists were friendly, the room itself was very clean and comfortable as was the bathroom.
